We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with all original packaging, and in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the original item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
