Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Rural Delivery: 5–10 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier services or factors beyond our control.


Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is very important to us.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of product contents or store name on the outer packaging.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

The Adults Nest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Adults Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Damaged Items in Shipping
